I called today to check availability and spoke with Gino, who asked about my hair type and the style I wanted before assigning a stylist, which I thought was really thoughtful. Davide listened carefully to what I wanted and suggested a few styles that suited me. He even showed me how to blow dry my hair so i can replicate the style at home. They truly put effort into making sure I was happy with my hair and made the whole experience feel very personal. Loved it!

First time customer today. Thank you so much Zac for fitting me in before we went away! I love that you have followed the style I have loved for the last 6 months, and you have done so perfectly! Your gentleness and care was a highlight of the experience. I am so happy and will definitely return! I haven't been to a salon since coming back from overseas 6 months ago because I was worried that the style I loved (cut overseas) would be lost as this has happened to me in the past at another salon. I was slightly nervous going in but Zac and Falcone's team helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend Zac and this salon because from the moment I walked in until I left, there was help all the way through. Other facilities - the comfy (non neck breaking) wash basin/chair was also a great experience, and Zac was gentle in washing my hair, taking care to hold my head when washing underneath. Very gentle. There is a menu of beverages - I really enjoyed the Honey Dew Green tea! Very happy.

I had been going to one hairdresser for 25 years, until he retired. Then it was downhill from me since, for 4 years I was between 5 hairdressers, trying to find the right one! Until I discovered Falcone Salon in Camberwell of September 2024. I never look back since. I have Natalie, she look after me. She's highly professional and she knew exactly what to do. I put all my trust on her , knowing she will do a great job from colours, treatment and cut. Our hair can be a source of great strength and at the same time hide some of our biggest insecurities, a bad hair day, can let us down, a beautiful hair helps boost our confidence. The entire team in Falcone is skilled, friendly, and dedicated to their craft. It sets the bar for professionalism and quality, and I can’t recommend them enough!
